The product is excellent, it helps a lot the skin of a certain age and the results are visible after a few days. I use it as a normal serum, but it is more like a light cream in consistency. Then I apply a salmon oil cream and I have hydration, lifting effect, brightness all day. I do this morning and evening face, neck and décolleté. I am 67 years old and dry skin that I no longer have. The only flaw is the price which is double and even more than double on other sites.

I received an item with damaged cap and leaking. I reported the case and it is now almost a month with no resolution. It takes them weeks to reply and they first offered me a 10 % discount which I did not accept. Then a 20 % discount. I explained the item was bought as a present and cannot be used in this condition. Last message from my side was sent on February 26, today is March 5th - no feedback. Avoid this seller.
Fraud or negligence. I received a serum with a broken seal — clearly opened before shipping. The shipping box was completely intact, so the seller is fully responsible. They ignored my complaint and refused to offer a refund. Selling cosmetics like this shows total disregard for customers and a complete lack of responsibility. Do not buy here if you value your money and health.
Feeling tingling for 30 secs after u don’t feel it. Skin feels firm after one use. Impressed. Good one is 300. Apply after evening cleansing as a first step. Not sure how often to use is so I’ll do 3 times a week as is has microneedling effect I believe with pdrn.
