Cool thing, I'll tell you 🙈 I have problems with my joints, and there are days when it is simply impossible to walk. Normal knee pads fix well, but not all of them can be covered with warming creams. And sometimes even creams don't work. There are three heating modes: from 39 to 45 degrees Celsius. The instructions are simple and accessible. The kit included a type-c — usb cable, but it is too short, so I used my own for the photo. Can be connected to an outlet through a block (not included). You can use a powerbank as you like. The material is very pleasant to the body, even when heated, it does not cause discomfort. I ordered 2 pieces at once, for myself and my father. I recommend it for purchase, be healthy ❤️
