We have used it on vacation and brought a couple of cold packs inside it, it maintains the perfect temperature and for a long time! It closes with a zipper with two sliders. Being a backpack 🎒 transportation is very comfortable. It has a lot of capacity. It also has two front pockets with zipper, non-thermal and two other mesh pockets on the sides..
