By using this thread, you can create natural textures like grass or straw in your fabrics. This nylon flat thread cannot be woven using a normal loom. Therefore, we use the traditional rapier shuttle loom to weave. A rapier loom is a thin spear-like rod or plate that pulls out the warp threads from the thread package. It's a way to pass. This is a dyeing method called uneven dyeing or kasuri dyeing, in which the thread is dyed in sections and the shading is created using osmotic pressure. Normal beam staining cannot produce shading. Leave a gap in the skeined thread and dye it. Areas where the dye does not enter will be pale due to osmotic pressure, and areas that are dyed will be dyed in a dark gradation.
