Hello, I have received my order, but this item (like the rest of the order) is not as described or shown in the product photos. The items appear oversized and trendy in the pictures, but in reality they are very small, tight-fitting and poorly cut. The fit, style and overall appearance are significantly different from what is shown on the website. The materials and quality are also not consistent with the description and images. This issue affects all items in my order and clearly indicates that the products are not in conformity with their description and photos. I would therefore like to request a full refund. As this is my first order on Joom, I am quite disappointed with this experience. Thank you for your assistance.
