The product description very clearly said genuine leather. What arrived was nylon and plastic and completely the wrong thing. The precoded options under refunds and returns does not even include one that says 'we sent you the wrong product'. And once you penetrate the dark circle of hell that is their complaints dept they automatically offer you 50% refund and tell you to keep the wrong product. Why on earth would I want do that? Avoid JOOM and all who sail in her.
