Metabolically Active Folate
Experience the benefits of a metabolically active form of folate with Nature's Truth® l-Active Folate 15mg! These rapid-release capsules provide an extra boost of l-Active Folate, an essential B vitamin, to help you thrive. Folate is a water-soluble B vitamin. Water-soluble vitamins are metabolized much more quickly and are absorbed and eliminated from the body quickly. Because the body does not produce or store water-soluble vitamins, you must consume them daily to maintain a constant supply of nutrients.
l-Active Folate is one of the B vitamins, and like all B vitamins, it is not produced by the body and must be obtained through food or supplements. Our bodies need a fresh daily supply of nutrients, and two Nature's Truth® rapid-release capsules provide a convenient one-serving dose. We manufacture our 15mg L-Active Folic Acid capsules using only the finest ingredients.
Suggested Use
Adults: Take two rapid-release capsules daily, preferably with meals.
Other Ingredients:
Rice flour, gelatin capsule, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.
Free from gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.
Caution
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. High doses of methylfolate may alleviate the symptoms of pernicious anemia. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor. Do not use if the safety seal under the cap is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
