How to use:Fit tightly to the breast and naturally suction to make it easy to let go of milkStep 1 - Attach the neck strap to the silicone breast pump and hang it around your neck before feeding or pumping to prevent spillage.Step 2 - Hold the center of the silicone breast pump and place it over your breast to prevent a seal. Once the let-down begins, the milk will come out.
