I purchased this Diesel watch from WatchPoint, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The watch is of outstanding quality and beautifully presented in an elegant Diesel box. The packaging was professionally done, ensuring the item was well protected during transport. Although the delivery took significantly longer than anticipated due to an issue with DHL, the seller responded exceptionally well. Once we informed them of the delay, they went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Not only did they follow up with the courier, but they also offered us a gift as compensation. This level of customer service is truly rare and deeply appreciated. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and pleasantly surprised by the care and dedication shown by WatchPoint. Thank you for your efforts and for turning a small inconvenience into a positive experience!
Beautiful watch as always! This is my 4th one over 5 years as I wear them every day but I did notice the band on this watch seems lighter and sounds lighter then the ones that come with the guess watches from prouds or a local jewellery shop like them near me, I usualy pay around $399 AUD discounted from $699 AUD when I’ve got Theese in the past and this one was $290 AUD and a hidden fee from the bank of $11 something for international transactions but the price of this you can’t go wrong the band just doesn’t feel like it original to me compared to the one I have here worn out and my old ones in the draw worn out all feel the same weight as my last one 🤨
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I was really mega happy about the Armani wristwatch, I would always like to order something from you again, everything was great and I remain with kind regards Frank Kitzing
The watch arrived super safely and securely packaged – both outside and inside everything was optimally protected. The packaging was undamaged, and the watch itself is beautiful. I am completely satisfied.
Thanks to the Joom team we got our watch Emporio Armani and it was awesome, more than that it stands to their standards, we really appreciate their efforts to make customers feel satisfied
The watch is absolutely beautiful! Very well packaged, without any defects. The shipment took longer than indicated in the app, but it was worth the wait. I recommend it!
The product was exactly as shown, unfortunately arrived late but I was refunded and able to keep the product. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend
First time I make a purchase on this site it came very well packaged, really well reinforced, there was only a 1 week delay but that's okay, I recommend it.
