Directions: Shake well before use. Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. For infants under 6 months, consult a doctor. Reapply: Immediately after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and at least every two hours. How to protect yourself: Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen regularly. Other sun protection tips include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
