🧘♀️Rubber band 🧘♀️ The tape was delivered to me after a delivery time of approx. 3 weeks, packed in plastic. 🧘♀️ The elastic rubber band lies extremely well and securely in the hands due to 2 very soft handles, which are each attached to the end of the band. 🧘♀️ I have the impression that the quality is very good and therefore, even if I pull so that the band is absolutely taut, I have no fear that it could tear. 🧘♀️ Many exercises can be performed with it and you can train well with it both standing and in other positions. 🧘♀️ I tried cleaning with water and mild soap, let it dry and the band looks like new afterwards. 🧘♀️ A small and very practical "sports device" for every household and also when travelling. 🧘♀️ I recommend this rubber band to anyone who wants to stay fit and this recommendation is regardless of age.... suitable for young and old alike!
