I am writing to formally complain about the extremely difficult and frustrating return process. I have spent several hours trying to find out how to return my shoes, but despite following the instructions provided on your website, I have been unable to complete the process. The instructions are inaccurate, and the buttons you refer to simply do not exist. I have also contacted your customer service multiple times but have received no response whatsoever. At this point, I still do not know where I am supposed to send the shoes, while the return deadline is almost over. This is completely unacceptable. I have made every reasonable effort to return my order, yet your return process has made it virtually impossible to do so. I will not accept being denied my right to return these items because of failures on your side. I expect you to provide me immediately with clear return instructions and a return address, or a prepaid return label if applicable. I wish to return both pairs of shoes and receive a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels.. I expect your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
Hello, I just received my order for the pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 38 Shield (reference DO7625-001). After detailed verification, it is a counterfeit.. Here are the manifest inconsistencies : 1. Impossible manufacturing dates: The inner label indicates manufacturing dates in 2025 (05/21/25 and 07/18/25), whereas this model was produced and marketed by Nike in 2021/2022. 2. Non-compliant typography: The font of the style code (DO7625-001) and the sizes does not comply with the official Nike standards. 3. Counterfeit authentication seal: The blue Poizon/Dewu tag attached to the laces is a copy. In accordance with Joom's warranty conditions regarding the sale of counterfeit goods, I request the cancellation of the order and a full refund (as well as an update to my Klarna invoice).. Hello, The tracking indicates that my package DPE00014361564 was delivered to the pickup point located at 6 Rue Maurice Maccario in Nice. However, I went there on Saturday and the store as well as the post office confirmed to me that there are no packages in my name. So I never received my order. Thank you for checking exactly where the package was delivered and for providing me with proof of delivery (signature, name of the pickup point, or official confirmation), or for proposing a solution, as the package cannot be found. cordially
