סגירה הצמיד לא חזקה מספיק
The order arrived quite hard; I made one on 14.01.2023 and I got it today 03.03.2023. It's small and fine. I like it, but I would have liked the crescent (stone) to be blue because I also ordered earrings and a ring with a blue stone . Thank you Joom! I was very happy when I received the product, then came the disappointment. I didn't put it on my neck as soon as I received it. After some time after I put it on, some red bumps appeared on my neck exactly where the chain used to be and I always felt the need to scratch. After I scratched, it stung a lot great. The doctor told me it's an allergy to this chain, because it's probably not pure silver. I forgot to tell you, that I have sensitive skin that only accepts gold and silver on it, i.e. bracelet, ring, chain, earrings. I want to know how to return the chain to get my money back. I am also attaching pictures.

The image clearly shows a beastly ring in terms of detail, I'm not going to be dishonest, but what I received is not exactly the same as what is shown in the image. However, I must say that despite not being exactly as it should be, it is made of stainless steel and the quality is noticeable. It is an equally impressive ring designed specifically to be worn with the horns pointing upwards, towards the fingernails, because otherwise they will bother your knuckles. In summary, the product is of good quality but not 100% exact.
I give them 3 stars because I didn't pay close attention and they were cheaper in another Chinese store. They are a copy of some from the brand Singularu, which I understand are made of gold-plated brass. They look ugly, they are quite large, but since the material is flimsy, I removed a leaf and it looks good. They don't weigh anything and I hope they don't look ugly. Fast shipping, very well packaged. The only thing is that they are expensive if you compare them to the other store, the price is much lower.
