A great disappointment. Tried to return the blouses that were too small for me in the waistline. As the manufacturer didn't give this measurement in the description I bought them. Now I have to return everything at my expence to different addresses in China. And that is not all. Before sending the packages I should take photos of the open bag with the blouse in, then of the closed bagof the return receipt. It's difficult for me to go shopping that's why I am using online service. So I normally order several models and styles in order to have a chance to choose. NOT WITH JOOM. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM JOOM!

The pens are really nice! They came in yesterday night and I really like them They have a nice weight to them, draw very smoothly and the colors are very bright! Tho I had a little bit of problem with the yellow, as there seems to be a small problem with either the cap or the pen (it comes off easier than the rest of the pens, and when the package came in, the cap was off, making the pen a little dry at first, but it's good now! Other than that, I really recommend them to anyone who's thinking of buying them

This is a terrible coat. A completely different ugly color, thin, without lining, above the knee (I'm 1.64 tall/), creased. Completely artificial. Where is the wool they write about? Rag. I wouldn't want it for free. In the photo on the model it looks elegant, but in reality it is not suitable for wearing. This is the first time I have encountered such an order. I advise against it and will uninstall Joom. How can you sell something like that? I feel betrayed.
