Hypoallergenic, slightly acidic, mildly acidic formula with a pH similar to the skin lipid membrane provides comfort without causing stress on the skin. Contains 'Panthensoside™' Panthenol and madecassoside soothe irritated skin. Cooling Relief™ ingredient soothes tired skin. Soothes the skin.

How to use the product: After washing your face, apply the product to the palm of your hand and gently pat it on the skin to absorb. For skin sensitive to irritation, refrigerate the toner before use, or soak a cotton pad or dry sheet with the toner and use it as a pack.

Ingredients: Purified water, propanediol, glycerin, betaine, panthenol, 1,2-hexanediol, polyglycerin-3, ethylhexylglycerin, disodium EDTA, carbomer, madecassoside, butylene glycol, thimble flower. (Scutellaria baicalensis) root extract, tocopherol, green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract.

Precautions: Use for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation or rash appears.
