The knives are made of high-quality Ferrinox 18/10 stainless steel with a high carbon content (1.4028/X30Cr13). An important feature of this steel is the fact that it is resistant to all types of scratches and scuffs, and is characterized by increased resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The blade is made of chrome-molybdenum steel, which is exceptionally hard, resistant to deformation, and easy to sharpen. The knife is made according to traditional art from a single piece of steel. The transition between the blade and the handle is seamless. The handles are ergonomically shaped and allow for a secure, non-slip grip.
