I have received a magnesium food supplement and have doubts about its authenticity and traceability. The packaging does not contain a barcode, and the manufacturer and product origin details could not be properly verified. The batch number is YG 2026 06 17 001 and the expiry date is 06/17/2028. As it is a product intended for consumption, I do not feel safe using it. I request a full refund of the order. I am attaching photographs of the packaging, labeling, batch number, and expiry date as proof.

The EAN code does not apply to this product; it is a typical ISBN book code. The website does not exist at all. As much as 99.95% of supplements from China are counterfeit. Only buy from Polish companies. If I do not receive a refund, I will file a report with the Police about trading in counterfeit supplements.
