In 1960, Leo Fender introduced a circuit called "Harmonic Tremolo" to his Bandmaster and Vibrasonic amplifiers (later found to be a misnomer, as it was discovered to be a volume effect, not a pitch effect). By splitting the amplifier's signal into high and low frequencies and switching the output, it was possible to achieve a dreamlike effect similar to the Uni-Vibe.
The 3 Series Harmonic Tremolo brings Leo Fender's revolutionary effects to life in a much more portable package than a vintage amplifier.
Switching the toggle switch to the up position produces a fantastic amp tremolo sound (tremolo that increases or decreases the signal), while switching it to the down position gives you a harmonic tremolo effect.
Due to design changes by the manufacturer, the appearance, color, specifications, etc. may change without prior notice.
