【Important Notice for International Buyers – Tomoayax Premium Audio Hi-Fi Japan】
■ Voltage Compatibility
This product is designed exclusively for use in Japan (AC 100V, 50/60Hz).
Many regions use 120V or 220–240V.
Using this product without a proper transformer in such voltage environments may result in malfunction, overheating, or serious and irreversible damage.
■ Plug Type
This product uses a Japanese plug (Type A or B).
A plug adapter may be required depending on your region.

Using this product without a transformer may cause serious and irreversible damage.
■ Buyer Responsibility
As this is high-end audio equipment, the buyer is fully responsible for confirming compatibility with their local voltage (100V / 120V / 220–240V) and usage environment before purchase.
■ No Return / No Refund Policy
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
・Voltage mismatch (including 120V and 220–240V environments)
・Use without a transformer
・Plug incompatibility
・Damage caused by improper setup or usage
■ Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or performance issues caused by improper use or incorrect voltage conditions.
■ Final Notice

[A New Voyages: Open-back headphones updated based on the reference Aiva] The Aiva 2 is a model based on the Aiva, the first open-back Hi-Fi headphones from the SENDY AUDIO brand, which was born after three and a half years of diligent research and development. The diaphragm, sound tuning, and specifications have been updated. From the earcups to even the smallest parts like screws, it uses uniquely designed components and adopts a design inspired by mermaid scales. [A New Voyages] The Aiva 2 is an open-back headphone that plays a sound that captivates people like the song of a mermaid, symbolizing SENDY AUDIO's new beginning.
[97mm x 76mm Planar Magnetic Driver with 1μm Ultra-Thin Double-Sided Magnetic Composite Planar Diaphragm] The Aiva 2 is equipped with a 97mm x 76mm planar magnetic (planar magnetic field) driver that exhibits low distortion across a wide frequency range. The diaphragm uses an ultra-thin double-sided magnetic composite planar diaphragm that is even thinner than that of the Aiva, possessing both high strength and high rigidity, with a thickness of only 1μm (0.001mm). This results in extremely excellent transient response, high resolution, a wide dynamic range, and tight yet deep sub-bass reproduction.
[Headphone housing uses chic, natural solid zebrawood, 3.5mm x 2 headphone connectors, and a headband and ear pads with superior comfort] The headphone housing uses SENDY AUDIO's expertise in woodworking, employing chic, natural solid zebrawood. Zebrawood, also known as ebony, has excellent acoustic properties, and the combination with aircraft-grade aluminum that has undergone CNC machining and special hard anodizing treatment achieves both an elegant design and high-quality sound. The steel headband, integrated as a single component, uses high-quality lambskin leather. The ear pads are based on high-protein leather, with memory foam on the inside and velvet fabric on the surface. The pad shape adopts a unique angled design based on big data to accommodate various face shapes, ensuring high sealing and comfortable wear that reduces fatigue even during long periods of use. In addition, the headphone side connector has been newly adopted as 3.5mm x 2, ensuring a stronger connection and greater versatility.
[Approx. 1.8m 6N OCC 4-core Litz Cable and 4.4mm to 3.5mm Conversion Short Cable] The Aiva 2 cable features a 1.8m 6N OCC 4-core Litz wire with a 4.4mm balanced straight plug, offering easy handling and a neutral sound. It also comes with an approx. 10cm 4.4mm to 3.5mm conversion short cable, a linen accessory pouch, and a robust original leather carrying case.
