【Important Notice for International Buyers – Tomoayax Premium Audio Hi-Fi Japan】
■ Voltage Compatibility
This product is designed exclusively for use in Japan (AC 100V, 50/60Hz).
Many regions use 120V or 220–240V.
Using this product without a proper transformer in such voltage environments may result in malfunction, overheating, or serious and irreversible damage.
■ Plug Type
This product uses a Japanese plug (Type A or B).
A plug adapter may be required depending on your region.
■ Transformer Requirement (Very Important)
A transformer is required for safe use.
A plug adapter only changes the plug shape and DOES NOT convert voltage.
Using this product without a transformer may cause serious and irreversible damage.
■ Buyer Responsibility
As this is high-end audio equipment, the buyer is fully responsible for confirming compatibility with their local voltage (100V / 120V / 220–240V) and usage environment before purchase.
■ No Return / No Refund Policy
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
・Voltage mismatch (including 120V and 220–240V environments)
・Use without a transformer
・Plug incompatibility
・Damage caused by improper setup or usage
■ Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or performance issues caused by improper use or incorrect voltage conditions.
■ Final Notice
Please ensure full understanding of the above before purchasing.
Use only under the correct voltage environment.
【High-Hardness EVA Foam Vibration Damping Pad】Size: Diameter 30mm x Thickness 15mm. Material & Hardness: EVA foam sponge, hardness 60 (high hardness) for excellent support and durability. Specifications: Color: Black. One side is pre-equipped with strong adhesive tape.
[Secure Fixing and Excellent Vibration Damping Effect] Easy Fixing: Simply peel off the protective paper and stick it to the bottom of the speaker or equipment. No drilling or tools are required. Vibration Isolation: The high-hardness EVA material effectively reduces vibration transmission from the speaker to the floor or desk, suppressing resonance noise. Anti-Slip and Protection: The adhesive surface on the bottom securely fixes the speaker while protecting flooring and furniture surfaces from scratches.
[Improves the sound quality and installation stability of audio equipment] Improved sound quality: Reduced external vibration leakage supports clear and less distorted sound reproduction. Stabilization: Stabilizes the installation of equipment and prevents "creeping" (sliding) when the volume is increased, creating a more comfortable listening environment.
[For vibration damping of all audio equipment] Speakers: bookshelf speakers, subwoofers, small amplifiers, etc. Audio players: record players, CD players, etc., place on the bottom of vibration-sensitive equipment. Others: computers, small servers, measuring instruments, etc., place at the base of any equipment where you want to suppress minute vibrations.
[Installation and Precautions] 1. Thoroughly wipe away any dust or oil from the mounting surface. 2. Peel off the protective paper from the pad and firmly press it into place. 3. After attachment, do not move it vigorously for about 24 hours, and wait for the adhesive to fully set. 4. Before use, please check that the bottom surface of the device to which you will attach the pad is flat and that the size and thickness of this product are compatible.
