【Important Notice for International Buyers – Tomoayax Premium Audio Hi-Fi Japan】
■ Voltage Compatibility
This product is designed exclusively for use in Japan (AC 100V, 50/60Hz).
Many regions use 120V or 220–240V.
Using this product without a proper transformer in such voltage environments may result in malfunction, overheating, or serious and irreversible damage.
■ Plug Type
This product uses a Japanese plug (Type A or B).
A plug adapter may be required depending on your region.
■ Transformer Requirement (Very Important)
A transformer is required for safe use.
A plug adapter only changes the plug shape and DOES NOT convert voltage.
Using this product without a transformer may cause serious and irreversible damage.
■ Buyer Responsibility
As this is high-end audio equipment, the buyer is fully responsible for confirming compatibility with their local voltage (100V / 120V / 220–240V) and usage environment before purchase.
■ No Return / No Refund Policy
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
・Voltage mismatch (including 120V and 220–240V environments)
・Use without a transformer
・Plug incompatibility
・Damage caused by improper setup or usage
■ Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or performance issues caused by improper use or incorrect voltage conditions.
■ Final Notice
Please ensure full understanding of the above before purchasing.
Use only under the correct voltage environment.
[For more beautiful high frequencies, brass spike model with gold plating] These brass spike-shaped insulators improve the sound quality of your small to medium-sized speakers. A set of 6 insulators, supporting each speaker at three points.
[Improve sound quality and enjoy arranging the sound by changing the spike base] By choosing spike base insulators made of the same or different materials, you can arrange the sound to your liking. When combining different materials, the sound tendency of the material in contact with the speaker will be stronger.
[Spike insulators that enhance sound separation and extract more detail] These spikes feature a gradually decreasing contact area. Point contact minimizes the transmission of reflected sound and unwanted vibrations from the floor, enhancing sound separation and extracting the full potential of the sound. Each insulator can support up to 7kg, and up to 21kg with three-point support.
[Delivers beautifully extended high frequencies: When combined with the AT6902BR made of the same material] The beautiful resonance of the machined brass is enhanced by gold plating, resulting in a beautifully extended high-frequency response.
[Adding impact to beautiful high frequencies: Combining with the AT6902ST made of different materials] The resonance and high-frequency extension become slightly milder, resulting in a more impactful sound quality. The characteristics of both brass and stainless steel are present, but the brass has a stronger influence on the sound.
[18mm height design allows for easy finger insertion and smooth position adjustment] When combined with the spike base insulator, the height is 18mm, making it easy to insert your fingers between the mounting surface and the speaker, allowing for stress-free position adjustment.
