【*Important*】For instructions on adjusting the monitor arm's height, please refer to the related video for this product, "How to Adjust the Height of the Upper Arm."
【Caution & Reliable Support】 ①This product is designed to balance using the weight of the monitor, so the arm will not move when the monitor is not attached. Always adjust with the monitor attached. If the arm does not lower or springs up, turn the adjustment screw in the "-" direction to reduce the tension. ②To prevent damage to the screw, please note the following during operation: a. Use the included special hex wrench. b. Insert the shorter end of the hex wrench into the screw hole. c. Turn the wrench only after it is fully inserted into the screw hole. ③Points for correct installation: Because the monitor arm has a movable structure, a slight tilt may be visible in its initial state. After attaching the monitor, please adjust the angle, height, and balance before use. ④All products are inspected before shipment, but in the unlikely event of initial defects or missing accessories, please contact us and we will handle it responsibly. ⑤ If you have any questions about the product, please feel free to contact us anytime.
