📦 Delivery & Warranty
1. Unboxing Inspection: Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If any damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and submit an after-sales claim via the platform within 7 days. Minor cosmetic scratches from shipping are not covered under warranty.
2. Warranty Scope: Normal wear parts (such as tires, brake pads, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
3. Battery Care: Fully charge the battery upon receipt. It is recommended to charge it at least once a week to maintain battery health.
🔄 Return Policy
