Food supplement in the form of a hard capsule containing boron in sodium borateform. Boron is an important trace mineral and small amounts are found in the human body.
About the effects ofboron. It is worth knowing that it is an element necessary for the proper functioning of the body. Supplementing its deficiency can bring many benefits - for both women and men. Dietary supplementBor 3 mgallows you to maintain an appropriate level of this substance in the body.

The product is in the form ofsodium borate(borax) - in this form it is absorbed in the intestines. It is mainly removed in the urine.
Three chemists are credited with the discovery of boron: Joseph Gay-Lussac and Louis Jacques Thénard received the element during their research in 1808 in Paris. At the same time - with independent work - in London, Humphry Davy also did[1]. Naturallyboronoccurs in the form of colorless crystals ofsodium borate. It is an inorganic chemical compound - sodium boric acid - also known as "borax", "sodium tetraborate" or "sodium tetraborate"[2]).Boronbelongs to 13 group (IIIA) of the periodic table of elements - it has the symbol B and the atomic number 5.
Boron is necessary for the efficient performance of many body processes. Although it is a trace element, its deficiencies have many unpleasant consequences. Sources of boron in the diet include dried prunes and apricots, raisins, avocado, onion, cinnamon, parsley, potatoes and nuts[3].
