This is a figure from Meister Japan’s Sengoku Warlord Armor - ARMOR SERIES.
Keiji Maeda (1533–1544) was a military commander of the Sengoku period, famous as the “greatest eccentric in the land.”
The front of his helmet features two large, curved horns that flare out widely upward.
