Hello! Well, finally the problem is solved... The product was delivered in full, and in order..! But the whole problem is that you are in too much of a hurry to post information on the portal that is related to the order and delivery... for example, the item that was delivered to me and I only received it today (11.09.2024). ), was already considered delivered on your portal (07.09.2024).!? therefore, following the information, there is also a misunderstanding... But the main thing is that everything is Ok! Thank you..!

Unfortunately, big is not big. Large unfortunately only 15 cm. Later found that it was in the description. Don't see that as a problem either. The silicone molds is a very poor quality. There are a lot of fine scratches and bubbles in it and then it is partially damaged (see 2 and 6) so that it is unusable for my purposes with resin.

Hello. Yesterday I received a package: 2 light bulbs and an electric heating pad. The bulbs are working fine, but the heater is not working. It heats up to a maximum of 40 degrees, I measured. I do not need such a heating pad. I looked at the characteristics of such heaters, they have a maximum temperature of 55 to 75 degrees

The lid is broken - and the mirror is shattered I would have needed this mirror VERY URGENTLY ! the GOODS were NOT sufficiently protected/packaged!!! they were packaged ONLY in plastic with my address !!!!! please refund the amount paid ! thank you Brigitte Hummel

Very good silicone mold, I'm curious how the cast will look like. The silicone mold is highly recommended, as it is much softer and more flexible than the molds from other manufacturers/sellers and the mold can be detached from the blank much more easily.

Only one journal out of six ordered is without damage. The damage is mainly to the corners of the cover, I suspect it occurred during transport. This was supposed to be a gift - I cannot give this to my friends!!!! I am filing a complaint for 5 journals. Karolina Matysiak
