I designed a snow rabbit for a cold, quiet night. It's the familiar rabbit with red eyes and green ears. Against a background of two patterns of snowflakes made from nandina leaves and berries, and branches and berries, the nearly life-sized snow rabbit emerges. The large size is perfect for framing and makes it a great addition to any interior, but the pattern of white snowflakes placed against the shades of blue background also shows a different kind of charm when folded and used as a textile.
Made in Japan, this is a high-quality Chita cotton fabric.
Just like traditional Japanese tenugui (hand towels), both ends are left unfinished.
It can be enjoyed as interior decor by mounting it on a hanging scroll rod or frame. Furthermore, at 100cm in length, it's also suitable as a face towel for kendo.
