• 1. The inner-fitting type center shaft has an electrophoresis-treated surface, making it resistant to rust.Normally, the shaft center of the shaft is treated with black dyeing, which makes it less effective in preventing rust.
• 2. The left and right cups of the internally fitted center shaft are chrome-plated to resist rust, and are equipped with dust-proof and waterproof rubber rings to prevent dust and rainwater from entering the inside of the bearing. The normal center shaft cup is treated with phosphoric acid, which has a general anti-rust effect, and there is no dust-proof rubber ring, so dust and rainwater can easily get inside the bearing.
• 3. The main body of the internal-fitting type center shaft is integrally molded from aluminum alloy, and the inside is chamfered to ensure a high degree of tightness with the bearing and durability. The center part of the standard shaft is made of iron and has a low density.
• 4. The internal fitting type center shaft uses an internal fitting method to closely connect the bearing and the main body, resulting in high precision and no abnormal noise.Normal center shaft bearings are externally mounted, have low concentricity, and are prone to making abnormal noises.

Comparison of internally fitted center shaft and normal bearing center shaft:
1. The inner-fitting type center shaft has an electrophoresis treatment on the shaft center surface, making it resistant to rust.Normally, the shaft center of the shaft is treated with black dyeing, which makes it less effective in preventing rust.
2. The left and right cups of the inner-fitting type center shaft are chrome-plated and have a rust-resistant, dust-proof and waterproof rubber ring to prevent dust and rainwater from entering the bearing. The normal center shaft cup is treated with phosphoric acid, which has a general anti-rust effect, and there is no dust-proof rubber ring, so dust and rainwater can easily get inside the bearing.
3. The main body of the internal-fitting type center shaft is integrally molded from aluminum alloy, and the inside is chamfered to ensure a high degree of tightness with the bearing and durability. The center part of the standard shaft is made of iron and has a low density.
4. The inner-fitting type center shaft uses an inner-fitting method to closely connect the bearing and the main body, resulting in high precision and no abnormal noise.Normal center shaft bearings are externally mounted, have low concentricity, and are prone to making abnormal noises.
