How to Use: Prevents sunburn
How to Use: For full protection, apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a waterproof sunscreen when swimming or sweating.
Reapply: At least every 2 hours
Sun Protection Method: Regularly use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher. Other sun protection methods are as follows: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses.
