1.All homemade anime figures are assembled by molds and hand-painted. Minor flaws such as seams, uneven coloring, air bubbles and scratches are inevitable—absolute perfection cannot be guaranteed. These figures feature high cost-performance ratio. Please refrain from purchasing 2.All products sold in our store are 100% brand-new. Please buy with complete confidence.
3.If your figure is deformed due to extrusion, unable to stand stably, or difficult to assemble because of tight joints, you can heat it with a hair dryer or soak it in hot water for 3–5 minutes. Adjust the figure after the PVC material softens, and the problem will be solved. Note that PVC material is susceptible to temperature changes, which may cause the above issues—heating and adjusting will easily fix them.
4.If there is any paint adhesion on the figure, gently wipe the affected area with a cotton swab dipped in essential balm, and the problem can be basically resolved.
5.In case of glue failure or loose joints of the model, apply a small amount of 502 glue to the connection part for firm adhesion.
