Secondary battery needs replacement:

I bought it at the end of 2009 and used it for 16 years.
It's a solar radio clock, but the time is getting out of sync.
The second hand moves in 2 second increments.
It seems that the secondary battery (rechargeable battery) needs to be replaced. If you replace it, you can use it normally again.
There are no noticeable scratches on the glass surface, but since I have used it for many years, I think there are many small scratches. Please check the photo. If you need additional photos, please feel free to ask.
The belt can still be used, but the clasp is not in good condition, so I think it would be stress-free to use it by replacing it.
