This F/V Module Can put 0-10Khz frequency pulse signal into 0-10V Analog voltage signal.
Power input has anti- reverse connect function, safe to use.
Can be used to Convert interface between PLC and frequency, Or movement control card and converter interface matching control occasions.
Output voltage can be minute adjustment, can adjust the potentiometer to calibration the frequency and voltage Linear relationship.
Input pulse level is 3.3v, 5V, 24V. There are jump pin on the board for selection, without any resistance.
Features:
lf matched with the encoder, the encoder constant speed continues to turn more than 0.5 seconds.
lf you need matched with PLC, support of NPN. It must be ground.
Signal input with optical coupling isolation, to ensure anti-jamming capability.
Frequency - to - voltage module, response time is about 0.3-0.5 seconds.
The input power supply voltage range is 12-30VDC, with a wide voltage DC power supply. There are 2 power supply modes: 12V power supply or 15-30VDC power supply, which can be selected with a jumper pin.
In 12V level, the power supply cannot use 12VDC, and must use a power supply of at least 15VDC or higher.
In 24V level, the power supply must use 24VDC.
