Being a very good customer at Joom and having only had a few minor issues since I started ordering from them, I am, to this day, extremely disappointed with their customer service. There is a package (containing many products, including this one) that I had ordered which was marked as "received" on April 9th, when in fact I have NEVER RECEIVED it. I, who check my mailbox every day, and who have not had this type of problem with the other orders I had placed.. I even asked my neighbors to be sure it wasn't given to one of them, but nothing: no one picked up a package for me. I don't know what happened with this package, but it's not my place to pay the consequences (I paid to receive this order which I ultimately never received) and I therefore wish to obtain a refund please because this is not normal at all. I shouldn't have to pay for the unprofessionalism of the person who never delivered my package. Even though I explained the situation to Joom customer service and made a refund request, they did not grant it to me. I find that unacceptable. (I will change my mind if Joom or the sellers refund me in the coming days, but for now, following this bad experience, I do not recommend you to order on this app, nor to this customer (The customer is probably not to blame, but if I do not express my opinion, then I leave the possibility for other people to be scammed and that is not in my principles)).
This product is not as described. I want to return this product. ROM was supposed to be 256GB, but it turned out to be 128GB. The front camera was supposed to be 8MP, the main camera was supposed to be 16MP, the product sent has a front camera of 1MP, the main camera of 2MP. The phone case doesn't fit - see the pictures. Charger not compliant with European standard. - see photos. According to the regulations, I want to return the product and get my money back. Photos in the attachment. Unfortunately, the device has nothing in common with an S 9. More of a kind from the Huawei TEL. So far everything works but the specified memory is not correct. Unfortunately only 2 GB and a small RAM memory. The device can be upgraded to 32 GB via micro SD. camera Well .. just go. Good TEL for a holiday country where you need a 2 Sim to save costs. For example no EU country. Otherwise you can't expect more for the little money. But still it is misleading for the consumer as it doesn't match the description.
Order well received a little early (delivery was scheduled between October 24th and 28th, it arrived on the 23rd!) The wine glasses are very pretty, impeccable, all clean. Nothing is broken! The box is slightly damaged at the back but it's almost nothing! Congratulations and thank you to the artists who made these very beautiful glasses!!
