How to Use
Check the purchased size and color before wearing.
Wear according to the intended activity, such as hiking, climbing, camping or work.
Precautions
Do not use detergent containing bleaching ingredients.
To prevent color transfer, wash separately in cold water before wearing.
Do not leave the garment unattended for a long time after wearing.
Store and wash wet clothing separately from other garments.
Wash immediately after exercise or activity.
Do not use a dryer, as it may damage or deform the garment.
Do not twist or wring wet clothing, as this may damage the fabric or cause loose threads.
Lay flat and dry in the shade after washing.
After using oil or sunscreen, wash thoroughly so no residue remains. Residue may cause discoloration or deformation.
Do not iron or wear in high-temperature environments. Wearing in a sauna, spa or other high-temperature environment may damage or discolor the fabric.
Damage caused by consumer negligence is not covered.
Shipping Information
Free shipping is available even when purchasing only one item.
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping is handled by CJ Logistics.
An additional shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies to remote areas and Jeju Island.
The first order cutoff is 9:00 a.m. and the second order cutoff is 1:00 p.m.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after each cutoff time.
Sold-out products may be canceled after notification by text message.

Exchange and Return Information
Request an exchange or return through the exchange/return message board or customer service center.
Applications can be made within 20 days of receiving the product.
Defective or incorrectly shipped products can be reported within 30 days of receipt.
If more than 7 days have passed since receipt, contact customer service or the message board.
Applications are accepted only when the attached product tag has not been removed.
Products with unauthorized alterations, signs of wear or washing will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to a change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
Round-trip exchange shipping is KRW 6,000, or KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.
For returns of products with initially free shipping, the fee is KRW 6,000, or KRW 12,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.
For returns of products with prepaid shipping, the fee is KRW 3,000, or KRW 6,000 for remote areas and Jeju Island.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted if a shipping label is attached directly to the genuine brand box or genuine plastic bag, if the box is damaged by customer-applied tape, if the product is returned without the genuine brand box and components, if there are signs of use or washing, or if the product was intentionally damaged.
The original box, packaging materials and tag are part of the product. For an exchange or return, use a courier bag or box and double-package the item in the same configuration in which it was received. A KRW 2,500 additional charge applies for damage to the brand box.
Missing Item Claims
If an item is missing after delivery, send a photo of the missing item to .
Contact customer service after sending the photo. Processing may be difficult if the photo is not sent or the company’s receipt of the claim cannot be confirmed.
After-Sales Service Policy
The quality warranty period is six months from the purchase date.
For after-sales service, first contact customer service to confirm whether repair is available.
Products damaged through consumer negligence, deformed due to improper washing, or outside the warranty period are not covered.
Repairs may be chargeable when available.
Before the actual product is received, service availability and repair costs may be 안내 based on photos.
Additional inspection may be required depending on product aging or the repair area.
Include a note with the order number, purchaser name, contact information, address and requested repair details.
After a repair request, the company will collect the product and repair it after arrival at headquarters.
Repair may take approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays.
Repair begins after payment of repair and collection fees is confirmed.
