Before the physical product is received, after-sales eligibility and repair costs may be advised based on photos.
Additional confirmation may be required depending on the product condition or repair area.
When requesting repair, write the order number, purchaser name, contact information, address, and repair request on a note and pack it with the product.
Repair may take approximately 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Repair will proceed after confirmation of payment for repair and collection fees.
