TESA 64284 is a disposable strapping tape made of light blue MOPP foil, intended for fastening and securing loads and equipment components. The 66 m x 25 mm tape combines very high tensile strength with low elongation and a rubber adhesive with good initial adhesion.
Advantages and unique features
• High tensile strength with minimal elongation – reliable load strapping.
• Rubber adhesive with very good initial adhesion to polar and non-polar surfaces.
• The tape can be removed without leaving any traces or discoloration on most surfaces.
• Tear-resistant MOPP carrier, ideal for medium transport loads.
• Easy, even unwinding – convenient use in manual and automatic dispensers.
• Light blue color facilitates identification of secured elements and service areas.
Properties and applications
• Securing components in devices: stabilizing modules, cables, and covers during transport and assembly.
• Securing peripheral devices: tape for strapping cables, covers, and accessories in hardware sets.
• Transport and storage: strapping cardboard boxes, crates, and packages with medium loads, also on pallets.
• Service and internal logistics: temporary fastening of components, handles, panels, and spare parts.
• Delicate substrates: the tape can be removed without leaving any adhesive residue or discoloration, which protects the product surface.
