[Tips for storage and thawing] If you feel that the rice is not thawing properly and is not fluffy, please check the following: • Freezing rice that has been kept warm for a long time may prevent it from thawing properly. Please store it as soon as possible after cooking. • Overheating in the microwave may cause the rice to harden. Even if the lid feels cold, it may still be warm, so please open it to check. After heating is complete, leaving it in the microwave for about 30 seconds will result in a fluffier texture.
