Hello, The scale powers on and measures weight correctly, but the Bluetooth function does not work. I tested it with two different phones (an iPhone and an Android device). Neither phone can detect the scale through the PICOOC app or via Bluetooth. I also tried scanning the QR code on the bottom of the scale, but it is not recognized by the app. Since Bluetooth connectivity and app synchronization are advertised features of this product, I would like to request either a replacement unit or a refund.. Thank you.

They sent completely different scales!!!(((( The product does not correspond to the declared!! And in general, it does NOT connect to the app, it says "cannot recognize" the QR code!! Just scales for 41.54 euros and even without body analysis!! Disappointed!!!
