Unfortunaely unwearable given the size was very incorrect at over 20cm less than stated. I requested a refund and provided photos and have received nothing in return. It is very frustrating that there seems to be no way to contact Joom and no accoutability taken. Avoid using this website! It is a shame because the quality of the jacket was very good but the size was drastically incorrect.

The jacket is gorgeous, I washed it twice and it doesn't lose color, I wear it with just a T-shirt at minus 30.
