A song that makes you feel like you're gliding over a wide plain. Before the dawn, when the sun rises, the sky is dyed blue with 'Blue Moment', a beautiful moment like a miracle. The coupling song is the Japanese version of the 4th mini-album "BAD" released in Korea in September. An Electronic Hip Hop number, self-produced by Donghae, with a Motown Funk-style rhythm change track in the second half and lyrics that express the beauty of her with the ironic expression of BAD.
