The product from the first order arrived broken. I recommended the same product which arrived broken again.. For fragile products, such as glass plates. There are polystyrene cases that provide almost maximum security. I really don't understand why such protection is not used when packaging the product, especially for products delivered from China to....Europe.

In advance. Good. We checked, it heats up, though I don't know to what temperature. We haven't tried heating it with food yet.
Electric tray with heating. Everything works. On the side is a power button. There is an instruction in English
