The order was placed on 30.11, we picked up this ecoflow on 04.01, that is, we waited a little over a month. Or maybe I was just unlucky, because other buyers write that they received the goods quite quickly, that is, in two weeks. Regarding delivery times, there are questions... But regarding the product - there are no questions. Everything came packaged, in the original box, with documents, it is evident that the product is original. The battery itself was at 28%, I immediately put it on charge, and in an hour I saw a full charge on the display, which consists of 100%. Product 👍🏻 Delivery times are a big minus, all the more so that the delivery times indicated in the description are not valid, and the seller also took a long time to ship this item. And then, after three weeks, I received an email saying that the item was out of stock... When I entered the site before the description there was an inscription "pre-order"... although when I ordered the product, this inscription was not there, therefore it is logical that my product should have been delivered on time, but it turns out that my order was moved to a "waiting list". Therefore, overall, I can say that the product is super, but there are no precise guarantees that you will receive it quickly, as stated on the website.. Product - 10 points. Service and shipping - 4 points.

I ordered the station on 3.12.2025. First, I received a message that it was ready for dispatch. Then there were 2 weeks of silence, then the seller wrote that the stations were out of stock and asked if I wanted another one. Of course, they were already 5 thousand more expensive. I refused and waited another 2 weeks. They sent it on 31.12. On 2.01, I received a message to send passport data and proof of payment for the customs broker. The documents were sent and there were one and a half weeks without any messages. I called the Nova Poshta hotline. They said the documents were with the broker for customs clearance. And finally, on 14.01, the station arrived. I waited for a month and a half 🤬 I note that the station was sent from the Czech Republic, not from China.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ! ordered on 30.11, picked up only on 04.01, the seller let me down badly, waited for more than a month. The station charges for a long time, I have the same one at home, there are no such problems with it, yes it's cheap, but are you ready to wait so long? when I turned on the station and looked through the app for updates - it was 5 updates newer than my same station, it took a long time to update, but this means that this station is old and has been lying in a warehouse somewhere for a long time, this is not okay for such equipment, an indicator that it won't last long, so think several times, and don't buy immediately because of the price

Received it today. It took a month and a half, they took a long time to assemble it, but then everything was very fast, in three months. I think these are peculiarities with customs issues. It charged quickly. The packaging is reliable, everything arrived intact and beautiful. It immediately shows how much is being used and calculates the remaining capacity for such a load. So far, it's inspiring. It lasted for 11 hours of laptop operation + all USB ports were occupied by charging phones and a modem. The package only contained the cable for charging the station from the mains. I don't know if any others were included, or if sellers in other stores just add them. Very satisfied with the product.

The low price was a bit alarming. I placed the order on the evening of 28.11, it arrived on January 4, it took more than a month… I was warned about the delay several times and offered alternative options. But the purchase was made with a discount for Black Friday, so it was beneficial to wait. The product absolutely meets expectations, it is original. It connects to the app, which is very convenient. It was necessary to provide documents to Nova Poshta by email for customs clearance. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thank you to the seller for a good product at a good price. Success in sales!

29% at first power-up. Date of manufacture - 08/30/2024 Ordered 25.11. Nova Poshta requested documents on 11.12, but there were no problems with customs clearance and on 13.12 the ecoflo was delivered (as indicated in the estimated dates). We updated the firmware, it works! Thank you for your promptness! It's a shame it's already sold out! Update 22.12 It's been working for a week, everything is fine! We're waiting for it to be available again :)

They sent it for a long time, so in total after the order I waited more than a month. When I arrived in Kyiv, Customs requested documents, I sent them by email using the link they provided, and literally 2 days later I had the EcoFlow. I didn't make any additional payments. The charge was 28%. Charging from 28% to 100% took 40 minutes.

Everything went well. I received the station about a month after ordering. Nova Poshta requested documents for customs clearance.. What was surprising was that the kit only includes one cable - for charging the station from a wall outlet. Although there should be at least two more cables!

Arrived normally, ordered via Nova Poshta, so I had to send the payment receipt for customs clearance. Keep the receipts, otherwise everything is great, arrived at 28% charge, after calibration everything shows clearly. Charges quickly, I am very satisfied.

Made the order on 23.01, received it on 19.02. Arrived at the Nova Poshta branch. There were no other payments. The station is working. The delivery was not fast, although it was not later than the maximum timeframe. Overall, everything is great.

Ordered with a discount. Made the payment and that's it. The order arrived at Nova Poshta in a little over two weeks to Ukraine. The product itself has 24% charge. It charged in 16 minutes charged from the socket to 99%. Checked, everything works.
