Directions: Best served 1-2 times daily. What you need: 1 egg + 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine softened butter and egg in a large bowl. Add cookie mix to bowl and mix until fully combined. Drop dough onto cookie sheets with rounded spoons. Press down gently on tops of cookies with spoon. Bake 9-12 minutes or until edges are light brown. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes. Store baked cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. Freeze cookies for up to 3 months.
