Each New Kapena Streets Set Booster box contains 30 New Kapena Streets Set Boosters and one foil alternate-art box topper card, Festive Welcome. Each pack contains 12 Magic cards, one art card, and one token, advertising card, punch card, or special card from Magic history ("The List" card). The Magic cards are broken down as follows: 1-4 rare or higher cards, 3-7 uncommon cards, 3-7 common cards, and 1 land (33% chance of a "Metropolis" full-art land). Of the cards other than art and land cards, one is foil or "hot-stamped" foil. Land cards have a 21% chance of appearing as foil, and art cards have a 5% chance of appearing as signed "signature" cards. Additionally, there's a 25% chance that a card from The List will appear instead of a token/ad card.
