This is a gorgeous shoes! It is so soft and comfortable! If you love aesthetic or alternative style clothing, this will definitely fit your vibe! The only issue is the total packaging which came in a bubble wrap, no protective shell or anything. Good thing it didn't disfigured the shoes.
I ordered these shoes in size 42, which is my size since I can remember. Unfortunately the shoes did not fit, they were one size too small. But after having contacted Joom the shoes were replaced for a pair of size 43 which fit perfectly! Thank you Joom!
These shoes were rather expensive considering the cheap quality and packaging. Not worth the price at all. The worst thing is that the size didn't match reality at all, and the return cost isn't covered.

The strap around the ankle is not elastic and has no buckle so can’t be tightened.
