Fluorescent!! Water-transfer decals for adding detail to HG, RG, MG, PG, RE, HiRM, robots, and MS. This product reacts to black light (ultraviolet light or UV light) and glows, becoming prominent. It is not phosphorescent or luminous, so it will not glow normally. Only the colored parts glow fluorescently. The gray text does not glow. This is a highly versatile water-transfer decal. To protect the surface of the decal, a thin layer of paper is placed over it; please remove the paper before use.
