The Kagerou 155F is the third installment in the Kagerou series, produced by ranker hunter Takeyuki Kubota. Its voluminous, highly appealing body is most effective when sea bass are focused on the surface, preying on large baitfish like mullet, falling sweetfish, and Japanese sardines. The large, cut-out darter cup increases the surface area that receives water, further displacing the water and creating a powerful appeal to the target. Similar to the original size, the action produces a subtle, natural roll on slow to medium retrieves, transitioning to an appealing slide roll on medium to fast retrieves (a variable roll action). The LBO II installed on the Kagerou 155F features a newly designed weight body and balancer shaft to accommodate the larger body. The weight body weight is more than double that of the Kagerou 124F. The newly developed weight with built-in bearings provides instantaneous movement upon casting, generating a powerful propulsion vector for incredible casting distance. When the action begins, the weight is instantly guided and fixed to the neodymium magnetic field in front, and transitions to swimming mode. The action starts immediately from the moment of reeling, with impressive responsiveness.
The Kagerou 155F boasts an otherworldly casting distance and is the ultimate magnum shallow runner designed for monster sea bass.
