White PARABOLIC Rice, 1kg - MIGOgroup. Parboiled rice is thermally processed, retaining valuable vitamins and nutrients inside the grain and shortening its cooking time (approximately 15 minutes). A major culinary advantage of parboiled rice is that it doesn't stick together after cooking and is difficult to overcook. Parboiled rice pairs perfectly with roasts, fried and poached fish, and vegetable dishes. It also works well as an ingredient in fruit desserts or salads. Cook the rice in a 1:2 ratio (for every 100g of rice, 200ml of water). Bring the water to a boil, add the rice, and cook, covered, on a low heat for 15-20 minutes, until tender. The product is packaged in thick doypacks with a heat-sealed zipper closure to preserve freshness. The zipper allows for repeated opening and closing of the package. Due to high sales and turnover, MIGOgroup products are always fresh and have long shelf lives.
