In 1928, [rOtring] was born in Germany during a time when the Bauhaus design school’s forms were strongly reflected in art and architecture. The 800 series features a full metal body designed for a comfortable weight and stability in the hand.
The mechanical pencil allows the tip and guide pipe to be stored by rotating the top portion of the body. The ballpoint pen is a twist-type retractable, eliminating the need for clicking.
The design is accented with gold parts for a luxurious look.
