This frying pan is made by Yamada Kogyosho, a company that has been making commercial woks and other equipment for over 50 years. The hammered frying pan is shaped by hammering iron, making it sturdy even when thin and highly effective at retaining and transferring heat. The handle is not flat but cylindrical, made by wrapping an iron plate, making it easy to hold and less likely to cause hand fatigue. Diameter: 24cm, approx. 900g, plate thickness 1.6mm, not suitable for induction cooktops. This 24cm size is just right for cooking pancakes or hotcakes one at a time.
